BMS for Fire Protection System
Fire Protection system အတြက္ BMS points ေတြမွာေတာ့
သိပ္အမ်ားႀကီး မရွိပါဘူး။ ဘာျဖစ္လို့လဲဆိုေတာ့ နဂိုကတည္းက ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေနတဲ့ Main
Alarm Panel တို့လိုေတြ ရွိေနၿပီးသားျဖစ္လို့ပါပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ သူက အေရးႀကီးဆံုး
ျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ရမယ့္ အခ်က္ေတြ ရွိပါတယ္။
Fire Protection System ေတြထဲက sprinkler system နဲ႔
hosereel system ေတြကို BMS နဲ႔ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
Sprinkler system အတြက္ဆို
- Sprinkler water tank ေရပမာဏ အျမင့္/အနိမ့္ (high/low level)
- Electric Pump Status (run/off)
- Electric Pump control panel breaker status (normal/off)
- Diesel Pump Status (run/off)
- Diesel Pump Common Alarm (Normal/Alarm)
- Jockey Pump Status (run/off)
- Jockey Pump status (normal/trip)
ဆိုၿပီး ေတြ႔ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေတြကိုလည္း SMS နဲ႔
သက္ဆိုင္တဲ့သူေတြဆီကို မက္ေဆ့ပို့ေပးေနမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ sprinkler tank ထဲမွာ
ေရနည္းေနရင္ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ေရလွ်ံေနရင္ ေမာ္နီတာမွာ alarm warning ေပၚေနမွာ ျဖစ္သလို
SMS လည္းပို့ေပးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Electric pump လည္ရင္ျဖစ္ေစ ပန့္ကို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္တဲ့
control panel မွာ လွ်ပ္စစ္အ၀င္ breaker ကို ပိတ္ထား (off) လိုက္ရင္ျဖစ္ေစ alarm
မည္ၿပီး မက္ေဆ့လည္း ပို့ေပးမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ တျခား ပန့္ေတြလည္း အလားတူပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ေနာက္ hosereel system ကိုၾကည့္ရင္လည္း အလားတူပဲ
- Hosereel Pump 1 status (run/off/trip)
- Hosereel Pump 2 status (run/off/trip)
- Hosereel Pump control panel breaker status (on/off)
ဒီအခ်က္ေတြအတြက္လည္း sms မက္ေဆ့ေပးပို့ သြားမွာ
ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
